Design:

Himraj Cooling Systems' cooling towers are in Counter flow design to achieve optimum performance by Uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer.

Unique Timber Crossflow Towers by use of Seagull Bars either in PVC or in Steel, 'C' type Drift Eliminators, Aerodynamic FRP Fans, Drives with or without Gear Boxes, all to give highest thermal efficiency. Use of Seagull Bars ensure film & splash cooling both. This gives more capacity by 20 - 25% over the conventional fill design.

Structure:

Selected quality Pine Wood as per IS 2372 treated with Chromated Cooper Arsenate (ASCI Chemicals) as per IS 401.

Mechanical Equipments:

FAN:

Propeller Type multi-bladed fan assembly. Blades are of cast Aluminum alloy and hub of cast iron. Fan directly coupled with motor.

FAN Cylinder:

Made of HDG Steel/ FRP coated Cylinder fitted with hot dipped galvanized steel fan guard.

Motor:

New India or equivalent makes 415V/3PH/50Hz TEFC Weatherproof IP-54 enclosure. Class-B insulation Flange mounted Vertical motor with extended shaft specially made for Cooling Tower Applications. [ top ]
